Great location with cozy charm
The hotel's location in the Old Town is fantastic, making it easy to walk to major attractions. The friendly staff made our arrival delightful, even helping carry our luggage from the nearby station. I appreciated the free coffee and light snacks available at reception—it was a perfect pick-me-up after a long day exploring Zurich.
One downside was the noise from the street at night, particularly with the vibrant nightlife just outside. Without air conditioning, the room got quite warm, and although there were fans, they didn’t fully help with the heat. Additionally, the parking situation was a bit confusing, creating some initial frustration upon arrival.

I enjoyed my stay with a pleasant corner room offering a nice view, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming, even carrying my luggage upon arrival. However, the noise from the street was noticeable at night, which might be challenging for light sleepers, and the tiny elevator made it a bit difficult to navigate with a bulky suitcase. Perfect for a short stay or an exploration of the area.

We were greeted so warmly and even got a room upgrade, which felt real special. The modern decor was cozy, and having complimentary coffee on every floor was a lovely touch! Ope, don’t forget that sweet access to the zoo—my kids were over the moon. Just a bit noisy outside at night, ya know?

The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions, just a short walk from the train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel like part of the family. Our room was clean and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay with kids.
We found the signage for the reception a bit confusing, especially while navigating through busy streets.

We stayed with my sister, and the location was fantastic for exploring the heart of Zurich. I particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the complimentary coffee on each floor. The staff made us feel welcomed, like friends rather than mere guests.
In my wife’s opinion, clearer signage for parking would help families with children.

Absolutely loved the cozy upgraded room with a comfy bed and a super clean bathroom. The complimentary coffee and filtered water on each floor were delightful, too! Plus, being so close to everything made exploring a breeze.
Now, if only the street wasn't a literal nightlife concert some nights! Had to remind myself I wasn't at a rave as I tried to sleep.

I stayed for 4 nights to explore the Old Town and visit places like the Swiss National Museum and St Peter Church, which were all a short walk away. The room was basic but comfortable, and having a kettle was a nice touch. I appreciated the variety of TV channels available and the ample charging points in the room, making it easier to stay connected. However, the street noise at night could be a bit disruptive, especially being close to the vibrant area. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I'd recommend it for a city break.

The location allowed easy access to the river and cathedral, making it perfect for exploring. Cleanliness was a highlight, with spotless rooms and bathrooms. However, the room's compact layout felt a bit cramped, and the noise from the street was occasionally disruptive during the night. Additionally, while the staff were friendly, the service speed could improve during peak hours. Overall, a decent choice for a short stay.
