Great location with cozy charm

The hotel's location in the Old Town is fantastic, making it easy to walk to major attractions. The friendly staff made our arrival delightful, even helping carry our luggage from the nearby station. I appreciated the free coffee and light snacks available at reception—it was a perfect pick-me-up after a long day exploring Zurich.

One downside was the noise from the street at night, particularly with the vibrant nightlife just outside. Without air conditioning, the room got quite warm, and although there were fans, they didn’t fully help with the heat. Additionally, the parking situation was a bit confusing, creating some initial frustration upon arrival.

I enjoyed my stay with a pleasant corner room offering a nice view, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming, even carrying my luggage upon arrival. However, the noise from the street was noticeable at night, which might be challenging for light sleepers, and the tiny elevator made it a bit difficult to navigate with a bulky suitcase. Perfect for a short stay or an exploration of the area.

Take advantage of the free coffee in the foyer each morning. it’s a great way to start your day before heading out.

We were greeted so warmly and even got a room upgrade, which felt real special. The modern decor was cozy, and having complimentary coffee on every floor was a lovely touch! Ope, don’t forget that sweet access to the zoo—my kids were over the moon. Just a bit noisy outside at night, ya know?

I loved the excellent location just a street back from bustling areas, offering a peaceful escape. The breakfast spread was scrumptious, complemented by lovely and welcoming staff. Definitely a great experience!
